Employees are considered as partner to the organization or business concern. Therefore, high quality, skillful and experience staff are very important asset to the company or organization as they will be able to contribute more to the organization. It is also very important the company or organization give chance and support to their employees to develop their skill that obviously needed in the company or organization.
